The place smells like mold when I went for my first visit i told the therapist that any time I do anything with my arms it pulls on my neck and I get dizzy and sometimes fall she had me start an exercise and left to attend to a few other people in the room while she was working with someone else I got really dizzy and almost fell someone else pointed it out to the therapist and she ran a chair over to me,the staff does everything on paper and paper files they couldn’t get my copay correct and asked me to contact my insurance... read more
