Worst service ever. Technician came out and stated he needed to order parts. After a week went by we called them back and they said, oh we can't service your range. Would have been nice to know that. Customer service reps were awful over the phone as well. Stay away from these guys.
The technician Luke who fixed our LG Refrigerator was superb. He was very well trained. His level of understanding of the physics of refrigeration was astounding. He could easily be an instructor at a trade school. Luke had to remove a very large cumbersome panel. He used the special tools needed and finessed the delicate plastic part without any damage. Luke came to fix my refrigerator. His first visit he thoroughly troubleshooted the problem and located an issue that wasn’t visible. He returned exactly 1 week later as he promised with the part to fix the problem. Luke was meticulous, respectful of my property, knowledgeable and persevered until he identified the culprit. I told Luke that he is the best service person I’ve had at my home EVER. I’m 68 yo. Thank you Luke.
I’m so grateful for Saginaw Valley Repair! I had another company come out first, they misdiagnosed the problem with my dryer. I tried explaining it didn’t seem right, but they wouldn’t listen. I scheduled a different appointment with Saginaw Valley Repair and Luke showed up, he took the time to really look into it, found the actual issue, and fixed it all the same day!
