I went in to see Greg and he was able to seperate my wedding ring and engagement ring. I'd had them soldered together years ago, and since my husband passed away, I wanted to be able to wear just my wedding ring. He was so understanding and kind. Thank you Greg, from the bottom of my heart.
Customer service beyond expectations. Unlike many similar establishments, the sales staff is completely honest and fair. They even informed my husband he would be able to get a better price if he took an item to another store, because they don't typically deal with what he was selling. It's rare these days to find a business whose staff is willing to lose out on making a profit if they believe the sale is not in a customer's best interest.
Amazing service, very knowledgeable, so glad we went there! We were able to make an informed decision about the diamonds we purchased and customize just the way I wanted. Couldn't be happier!

I went in to sell some old and broken jewelry. I had to bring my two year old twins with me, but the staff was super patient. The employee who helped me was fantastic, and they even had a little play area for my twins. We'll be back!
We have been buying jewelry from here for years. Everyone is so helpful. Plus they have a kids nook with a table and toys, it keeps my kid busy so I can shop. Hands down best Pandora selection in the Tri-cities.
