The quality has gone down - both in terms of food and service. Unfortunate as this used to a be a favorite place to go in the neighborhood.
This restaurant used to be great but has gone down the tubes. Mediocre food and poor service.

This is the most charming spot I e ever come across The service was wonderful and although small you feel like you are dining amo at the largest of places The food was delicious as was the tea that I had I can write a chapter just about the tea and they way it was served. I can't wait to have an opportunity to go back

I would rate this place 10 out of 5:). It's the best place in the city and in the universe. The one you want to bring your friends for brunch/dinner, special someone on Valentine day, and your parents. Warm local atmosphere, delicious food, great choose of music. In summer you can sit outside under canopy. Bartender is cute and friendly so you can eat at the bar. My favorite menu item is black squid pasta with calamari and tiramisu for dessert.
