They could probably use a new owner. There is only so much a leasing agent can do. These apartments are over priced and not maintained. The other reviews are pretty much on the money. When I first moved in I went to Wal-Mart to buy somethings for my apartment. The cashier asked where I had moved to, I said Sagewood. The leasing agents are dishonest. They swindle 2000.00 dollars from my family. 32 days later eviction court. After just moving in. Don't go through valley Kings. Jody agent is good friends with Jennifer leasing manager. Very poor quality for 950.00. many old people. Have nothing better to do then run to office about you or your kids. This is the worst apartments ever. From the roaches to nothing being ready on the day of the move in. Maintenance not doing really anything. The bug company they have doesnt do shit either. They come in and pretend like they are spraying but that takes longer than 10sec And they want you to drop your rent into the post office drop box. Um excuse me what?
