I definitely didn't make progress during my sessions. I actually think I'm worse than I was before I started going. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
