Dr. Sager is a very talented and compassionate surgeon. He truly cares for his patients and wants the best outcome they can have. He is by far the best surgeon I have ever seen.
I have been seeing Dr. Sager for over 10 Years. He is very knowledgeable in a variety of areas (shoulder, knee, ankle, neck, hip) and I have complete faith in him. Hence, I have referred my husband, my sister and my brother-in-law to him, particularly when they reached a dead end with other doctors. I never cease to be amazed at how proficient he is in diagnosing the problem and providing the options. Dr. Sager was very open as well as professional. He explained my situation to me and helped me make my decision to have surgery. The surgery and follow up have gone very well. Looking forward to my physical therapy.
Dr. Sager tried to convince me that the pain in my hand was "all in my head" after I accidentally stabbed almost completely through my hand with a pocket knife nearly a week after the incident. The truth is, that I severed an artery in my hand and nicked two nerves which caused a gold ball sized hematoma which caused a tremendous amount of pain and loss of feeling in my thumb and index finger. Luckily I was able to see a hand specialist and get the needed surgery to repair my hand.
