Very horrible appartments, apartments being broken in to, cars being broken in to, packages being stolen, and homeless walking in and out as they please. Have shared concerns with management and nothing has changed even police has recommended day time security and management has disregarded all concerns.
RecommendedManagement are very patient specially Saunita, she’s really great and she take the time to go over and she knows what she is doing.
Terrible and rude management, no security (called yesterday, they haven't patrolled this site in months despite several signs saying they do) people leave dog poop everywhere, maintinence is slow and sloppy. First day here I got trapped in my bedroom because of a door jam. The office and maintinence never answered the phone. I had to break the screen out of the window and jump out. Someone at the leasing office told me "Well you are out now, what do you want me to do about it?" when I confronted them. They do not care about ... read more

really enjoy it here. peaceful enough to let the kids play around.
Have really enjoyed living here past two years. Apartment rent is reasonable compared to surrounding apartment complexes. Apartments are updated and spacious with large living/dining rooms and patios. Grounds are beautiful with large trees, mature vegetation, ponds and geese. Maintenance and office staff are friendly, polite, easy to reach and respond promptly to issues.
