Calling this clinic is a nightmare! In my numerous tries,I've not had the chance to talk to a live person. It's the recorded message that says" just leave your message", that's always answering my phone calls. I've left messages, but neither do I receive a return call nor an acknowledgement of the issue I raised. I've tried several times a day and in various days of the week calling them. It's always the same horrible experience I meet. It's so frustrating having been subjected to this kind of patient service .
0 star..This place is not medically up to date or ŵell developed it is not a clinic, doctors are on leave. I stopped by this office to check it out before I was effective with this clinic for January 2026. What a dump.. the front desk reception was a young kid. He looked shabby and the back office girl very unprofessionally dressed. The set up looked like an old shoe repair room I looked at the walls the chairs, all very poor and saw old equipment and an ugly environment. The ⭐️⭐️s are strictly for my PCP himself. As for the rest of the existence of this place gets -⭐️s if possible. I believe this clinic has opted to hire all interns to run the operations of the clinic. I really hope they're unpaid interns bc none are worth paying. Literally EVERY TIME I've had anything to do with a receptionist or operator, relaying a message, scheduling a phone appointment then called much earlier and told to prepare for a video call just to waste my time and inconvenience me. If you get to the location and the door is locked - just knock - someone will come open it. Other than that - this is a good location with friendly staff and I can only speak to my doctor - very down to earth and mom, who also goes to the same doc, approves lol.
