This office is completely unprofessional. They sent me out to complete lab work, and I was informed I would receive a call to discuss the results. I did not receive a call, but I was able to access my results through the portal. I was asked to schedule an appointment to discuss further treatment. When I arrived, they sent in a PA to inform me my results were negative. I had already seen my negative results. I highly recommend this place everyone is so friendly and both Dr. Robert and Dr. Byatt are so thorough and very friendly.
I was initially seen by Dr. Prabhu. Then, I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Megan Harris. After being on the prescribed medication for a little over three months, I started experiencing troubling side effects. I brought these concerns to her attention, but they were completely dismissed. Not only that, but I was supposed to do bloodwork every two weeks, and after about two months, it was deemed unnecessary. This led to a severe, medication-induced case of Gastritis. His negligence cost me 9 years of progression of an autoimmune disease.
