Problem after problem with this office. Person at the front desk (heavy set guy) doesn’t look up to acknowledge me whatsoever. Then without looking up, tells me I owe $50 for copay. Turns out my medication never arrived for my 8am infusion, so I’ve driven 25 minutes each way for nothing. Can’t be bothered to refund my money for a service I never received. saw Dr. Tacang in June 2025 after testing positive for ANA and developing severe symptoms like hair loss, different types of rashes all over my body, and the most severe onset of muscle fatigue I have ever experienced. I like the way Dr.David Lim took his time to listen and kind of understand what I was telling him and guide me couple things and will confirm with more test on diagnostic, and see really what’s going on really like it thanks
i was originally optimistic for our appointment here, we were told that one of the providers here was a specialist in EDS and they scheduled us for an appointment that week. the day before our appointment to tell us that they are cancelling our appointment and refusing to see us because a company-wide announcement went out saying that none of their locations treat EDS at all and are refusing all patients who even mention it, even if they do not have anything diagnosed. so they either lied about having an EDS specialist on st... read more
