I should have left this review along time ago and I thought I did but well better late then never. Dr.Sage absolutely whent above and beyond, he not only helped my son out with his teeth but he was more then kind with our financial situation at the time. I can't speak more highly of this detail office from the staff to the doctors. Supper kind and understanding and patient, everyone seems genuinely happy to work here and it shows.
My kids have been going to Dr Thames since Bookmeyer left and he has definitely fulfilled the patient care expectations. I would recommend any family looking for a pediatric dentist to see Dr Thames
My son is 7yrs old and naturally anxious. He’s had a past experience with a different dentist that left him feeling more anxious. We came in today and identified the issues of a cracked tooth with nerves. They got us back on same day. They gave him laughing gas and tons of jokes. He was comfortable and enjoyed the experience. Thank you so much!
Dr.Thames is great! He really cares about his patients and he takes great care of them. He pulled three of my son’s teeth (for braces) and he made it as easy and smooth as it possibly could be. He explains everything clearly, answers all of our questions, and is always available and kind. His staff is great and the office is very nice, clean, peaceful, and classy. I highly recommend Dr. Thames.
I took in my autistic child here and it could not have gone better. This started originally with Dr Bookmeyer and Dr Thames picked up where she left off. The Dr and staff created a very friendly environment and were able to engage my son so the he was comfortable and to our delight, our son was able to get a full cleaning.
