Took weeks for my first online "appointment". Got on the call and in less then 5 minutes this "counselor" pushed me on delving into a private issue from my childhood. I said I wasn't comfortable yet but they persisted based on 'paperwork'. I had reached out for help, but after the call I felt worse than before. (How do you let someone end a call feeling worse?) Very robotic. I feel as though they don't even care they're just knocking off a checklist. DO NOT Recommend!
