    Omg words can not say how amazing they are!!! I can’t wait until this pandemic has settled because the retreat is needed. Everyone I’ve told already has gone and loved it. You’ll love the experience so much that you want to cry and hug them before leaving. ❤️❤️❤️

    Ashley is amazing. I did the reiki massage combo and it was life changing. Ashley is very thorough and precise. The location is so serene and calming.

    Lauren was amazing! This was my first Reiki session, and even though I was nervous, she made me feel at ease. I definitely feel lighter and stronger. Next visit will have to include a massage. Thank you for everything Lauren! �

    I was able to book a sameday 60 minute Sage Roots Signature Massage with Lauren! I decided to try Sage Roots after reading the many great reviews on YELP. I wanted more of a blended massage technique & that is exactly what Lauren was able to deliver. The aromatic smells from the oils, ambience of the studio, and Lauren's magical hands all helped aid in me being able to de-stress. All my knots are out & I am stress-free! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

    I met Ashley through chair massage at our office. I really enjoyed the chair massage and then had a full body massage at her studio. I highly recommend Ashley and Lauren!!
