Sage Pointe is like a concentration camp, a prison! I don't recommend this place for anyone, this place is the worst place I've ever ever lived, they have too many dumb rules like a prison they need to do better!!
Just moved in here with my wife a few weeks ago and love this place already. The people living here are friendly and the grounds are kept up very well. The office staff are friendly and helpful as well as the maintenance men. Is a large community here and I think they do quite well considering that. Looking forward to our stay here for the next year or so at least.
Worst place ever!!! The apartment me and my husband was in was falling apart the roof on the patio came in....they fixed it but had a third party do it, which resulted in somebody coming back to rob us blind...never again!!!
