Customer service is severely lacking from the piercer (not the front desk individual). As a small business owner myself I understand that when a client is late it is not always possible to accommodate them, and that, at times, the late fee/cancellation charge will be processed. Consistency and respect should be used, of course. RecommendedBrian was awesome! My 11 year old daughter got her ears pierced for the first time and was very nervous and anxious. Brian was calm and fun and relatable and made her feel comfortable. He definitely is great with children! He also was very precise and particular in making sure the piercings were perfect, and very educational. Brian just pierced the ears of my 6 year old twin granddaughters. He was very professional and taught the girls and Mom about care and expectations. But I was most impressed by the attention he gave the girls so they knew what was happening at all times. He minimized any tension and was very kind.

Went in for a nostril piercing last night and couldn't be more impressed. The shop was extremely clean and well kept. Brian was amazing from the moment I stepped in the door. We visited Sage Piercing to pierce my 9 yr old daughter’s ears. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The studio is beautiful, professional and very clean. They took extra precautions to protect us during the COVID pandemic. I would recommend Sage piercing.
