I saw this doctor for the first time yesterday. My doctor for 15 years was Dr. Sehres and miss him terribly. He has left the practice and I needed a refill on my prescriptions. Dr. Naran is rude, arrogant and didn't act like he cared about one thing I said. He also gave me a hard time in giving me a renewal on my prescriptions. He told me I would have to come in every 3 months in order to get more prescriptions. This is crazy! He just got up and left when he felt like it. Dr. Naran was the worst experience in my life. I had been seeing Randall Sheres in this office for over 10 years and when he left this practice, I requested a refill till my appointment/ Dr. Naran refused to refill an important medication till I came to the office. When I arrived, no one took my temperature, I sat in the waiting room. When I was called back, a lady took my blood pressure and used something on my hand, I did not see her sanitize either item. Dr. Naran is a competent doctor. My beef is not with that. I have been going to the same office for over 20 years and because I had two reschedules within 24 hours during that time, he banned me from coming in on Saturdays. So I would have to go to a walk in clinic if I needed to see a doctor on the weekend even though he was available. Well, he's not the only game in town.

I have seen this individual three times. First time he was an hour late and apologized profusely (blamed delay on previous patients). Second time he was 45 minutes late (I was first appt of day) and he apologized profusely (stuck behind wreck). Final time (a Saturday. Dr naran is a wonderful dr!! The best one I've ever had!! He spends time with me and truly listens to my concerns!! He is always on time for appointments and doesn't keep me waiting!! He is very honest and I feel comfortable with him!! His assistant Jay is very sweet as well and I enjoy talking with him!! My mom and husband also see him as well!! Great dr!!

My whole family and I have been seeing Dr. Naran since we moved here. He is always so nice and truly seems to care about whatever issue you are having. Staff is professional and nice and the office is very clean. Would recommend dr. Naran over most doctors here honestly....
