We went on vacation and returned to find that the heater wasn’t working. We reached out to the house management, who then contacted Sage Mechanical. Within 30 minutes, Cantrell arrived. He was very friendly, fixed our heater, and stayed to ensure everything was working properly before leaving.

I had an appointment from 10am to 1pm. I work nights, they showed up at 8am. I told them I work nights and they need to come back at the appointment time. The guy got an attitude with me and said he's not coming back. I think that is so unprofessional to show up 2 hours early and be rude when they are told that the person works nights come back at the appointment time.

Impressed and relieved. Called/messaged Jon at Sage multiple times. He showed up solved the problem and left the place neater than when he got there. Highly recommended.
