UPDATE - since writing the original review, Sage Homes Northwest worked with me to find a solution. Much appreciated. Bought a home in 2023 and had another inspection done prior to the 1 year warranty expired. The tile and grout in the master bathroom is has been breaking up and needs to be redone. Jonny from Sage was working with us but we stopped hearing from him. The cracking tiles continue to spread. We opened a claim in Sage's online warranty portal, which now shows as "Closed"??? The circuit installed by the electricians was too small in amperage and voltage, and as a result the electricians at the time of construction only put 500w heaters (that heat 70sqft room max), which are insufficient for the rooms downstairs which are 120+ square... read more

I gave a 5 star rating to Sage Home NW. The products of Sage Home come with great quality, especially their service and customer care are top notch! Most recently I contacted Sage Home Customer Care and needed some help to find the correct paint for a town home built by Sage Home a few years back. Melissa (Marketing) and Samarra went above and beyond to deliver their mission of customer care. I appreciate their professionalism and their dedication.
