Sage built an amazingly beautiful, thoughtfully designed and heartily constructed custom home. I have moved in and absolutely love it. The team took me through how to use everything in the house and has been available for any questions and quick fixes. They were a pleasure to deal with. Direct, transparent and with high integrity.
We built our home with Sage and had the absolute best experience! Sage Homes is remodeling a house in my neighborhood and it has been a horrible experience. They don’t control their dust and absolutely everything in my yard is completely covered in dust all the time. They do not adhere to city codes regarding noise. I was woken up at 4:40 this morning because a semi truck was making deliveries over there. My google fiber went out this weekend and it had something to do with the construction taking place at this home. I’ve seen them repeatedly use my driveway to turn around in. I live in a neighborhood where Sage Homes is "remodeling" an existing house. This is now going on 8-9 months of "remodel". They have big trucks coming into the neighborhood between 6:00-6:30 every morning (most times on Saturdays & Sundays as well). Trucks parked up & down the road on both sides. They have blocked my driveway, my mailbox & garbage cans. I have repeatedly requested them not to (& while they are decent about moving them it just keeps happening).
