Sage Homes is remodeling a house in my neighborhood and it has been a horrible experience. They don’t control their dust and absolutely everything in my yard is completely covered in dust all the time. They do not adhere to city codes regarding noise. I was woken up at 4:40 this morning because a semi truck was making deliveries over there. I live in a neighborhood where Sage Homes is "remodeling" an existing house. This is now going on 8-9 months of "remodel". They have big trucks coming into the neighborhood between 6:00-6:30 every morning (most times on Saturdays & Sundays as well). Trucks parked up & down the road on both sides. They have blocked my driveway, my mailbox & garbage cans. I have repeatedly requested them not to (& while they are decent about moving them it just keeps happening). I’ve loved using this space for Women’s Gatherings & Client Events. It’s simply gorgeous & cozy at the same time with the fireplace, lovely furnishings & decor. Thank you, Jessop owners & company, for sharing your lovely space!
