If this is the level of customer service before you even become a client, it definitely makes you question what kind of experience you can expect afterward. I called during their posted business hours only to find the office closed when they were supposedly open. I then had to follow up myself because no one had contacted me to schedule an appointment. I was looking forward to my appointment today and was unable to pay the no show/late fee I had because I’m financially unable to and was only prepared with my co pay . These ppl aren’t wanting to help heal. Makes it difficult for ppl struggling to survive .
