I had dental insurance, but had to pay in full before I saw the dentist. I was charged for a procedure that the endodontist said was not needed. After several months, I was reimbursed for the amount the insurance paid to Sage, but I was never reimbursed for the test I was told was not done because it was not needed. I was told when I left the office and during phone calls that I would be reimbursed, but I could never get anything in writing. I'll never go back to Sage and advise everyone else to avoid it.
After reading other reviews I wonder if there are two Sage Dentals on Lavista. I am a patient there and I have never heard of the doctors named in the reviews. The larger the company gets, the worse the service. I had a partial made over a year ago and still can't wear it because it doesn't fit after several adjustments. Think three times before visiting.
My family experience at sage was awful the dentist isn’t a good listener and the staff is rude if you question items they are suggesting I would never go here.
Sage dental does terrible work. They put a crown in my mouth sideways(leaving part of tooth exposed) They made a partial that broke weeks after it was made and refused to fi it. I called corporate to rectify but no one seems to care. I am in constant pain. Don't use this business

Service was great and friendly
Very personable, efficient and clean.
So I get a coupon in the mail for a free exam and X-rays,they have the same offer on their web site.Upon arrival at their office the desk clerk tells me that there is a fee payable up front.I then inform her that no where on the coupon or their web site do it state this.She then asked If I would like to speak with the office manager with regard to wavering this fee,I said sure.After waiting about 15 minutes the office manager called me to the desk and after letting her speak first ,her narcissistic attitude was so obvious.I ... read more
