I am disappointed with the serve and the dishonesty of Sage dental. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist Duyen seems like a salesperson. She offered me additional treatment which I did not requested for $154.00. I informed her that I am only here for what is scheduled. I ask her to take off the added treatment because I cannot afford or want it. She had two iPad one with the 154.00 added and show me on the other iPad showing I would only be charge 50.00 for the antibiotic that I took because of her pressuring me. Du... read more
I had a dental cleaning appointment scheduled for Monday, March 4th, at 8:00 am. Upon arriving at the office, (which I drove to from Miami), I discovered that they didn’t add the appointment in their system. The woman at the desk, with brown hair, asked if I had confirmed the appointment. I explained that it's their responsibility to confirm appointments with clients. I was just harassed by the front desk manager for a previous poor review I wrote for how horrible the front desk woman treated me. The manager and the other front desk worker, who refused to tell me her name, ganged up on me and was antagonizing me for writing a bad review about them. Whoever is in charge of the front desk manager, please remove her. She was condoning this behavior amongst her staff and joining in on harassing and questioning me. Poor reception service attitude
Most anyone who says differently about this office of severe medical malpractice is fake or paid. Check Yelp too. There are many stories like mine. Here goes: RUN RUN RUN. Sage scares me so much. They also charged me a large bill when I signed on for care credit, and they acted like I would be covered from everything with insurance and care credit. Yesterday, I was a first and last time customer at this facility. This is the first dentist I've been to where they do not check your vitals before putting you into the chair. Anyway, I was told that I needed a deep cleaning which will cost me $364 with insurance. I wasn't expecting to have to pay like that, so I asked them to do a regular cleaning, then I'll schedule the deep cleaning at another time. They refused to to give me a regular cleaning. This is the most disorganized office we have ever dealt with. All college kids who were thrown into this facility who receive NO direction. Husband showed up for 3 appt's in Dec., but suction machine was down. Never received call to not come. Then he needed a bridge for 2 teeth. They stuck a temp in mouth, broke & fell out eating eggs.
