RecommendedI went for my cleaning appt this morning and the hygenist Luciana was superb! She was pleasant and courteous; explained everything before doing it. Most of all she was very, very gentle; I did not feel a thing. This is the first time I went to a dentist visit and was not afraid. Luciana, keep on doing what you are doing; you are the best!

am writing this as my senior citizen parents had been patients here quite recently. The office does not check insurance benefits and did not explain what charges would be for certain procedures. My parent's account was charged for over $700 for a procedure that did not even occur. They also charged my mother for full cost of dentures when we were later told by Humana that the cost of dentures is fully covered by her plan. They take advantage of their elderly customers and should be reported to the Better business bureau for ... read more
