The actual crown was done well but the billing brought it down. Their excuse was the person is no longer with Sage Dental and they just startef.

I made a first time appointment. The day before, I received a call from the office to confirm the appointment. I showed up at the office at the time of the appointment and the doors were locked and no one was there. I called the office phone number. It went to voicemail stating they were busy with clients. I left a message that I arrived for my appointment. It is days later and I have received no call and no explanation. I drove by and office is still closed. Very frustrating experience.

Literally the worst. Left an oral surgery with no prescription for antibiotic or pain. Called my pharm, they have nothing, call the office the next day. Comedy of errors there, they say they will call in, I go...there's no prescription. Call again, then they call the wrong pharmacy. Called again, they said it was my fault they called in the wrong pharmacy and hung up on me. When I asked them to send to the right one, they needed the phone - was driving so didn't have available.
