Just find it unsatisfactory for a first visit I feel that they didn’t really listen to my needs it just seemed like here you need to do all these procedures their way to get the most money out of you. Just feel like it was a waste of time. With dental insurance they wanted to charge me 3,000 out of pocket for a deep cleaning & still have me have to go in a second day. Could definitely use any recommendations for another place, if anyone knows?
My visit was a consultation for advice. They answered all of my questions. We discussed treatment in Sarasota or back in Illinois next week since the issue didn’t require immediate attention. I’ll definitely have a dentist as we spend more time in Sarasota.
NEVER GO HERE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If I could give zero stars I would. This was single handedly the worse experience I have ever had at a doctor/dentist office! I was diagnosed with early stage head and neck cancer and had to get a dental clearance before I started treatment, I was struggling to find someone last minute when I came upon Sage Dental at Siesta Row and felt relieved until I went to my appointment. I read many negative reviews prior to my appointment and decided to ignore them. I’m glad that I did! My experience was excellent! From check in with Michelle to the overall dental care (cleaning and x-rays) with Guido. Sure, they offered advice on dental care needs, but I never felt pushed.
Easiest I’ve dealt with!! Awesome time. Had to edit this after going in for more work. Kateryna is amazing. One of the best dentists I have visited. Truly skilled in her application of Novacaine to the point you can’t tell when it’s applied. Steady hands throughout the procedure. Reassuring throughout the process. Checking in with how you are doing. This is how everyone should be doing it.
