I was nervous and had anxiety about going to the dentist after a few years. I went to sage dental in Roswell GA. After x-rays and a quick exam the dentist came in briefly and told me a few recommendations it was not a personal nor warm welcome. My main concern was insurance/ finances. They had the billing manager came to and talked to me and his exact words to me was my insurance was healthy mouth insurance how professional right. I called Sage Dental to get an idea of cost for a dental procedure. I am trying to compare treatment plan pricing. When I called, I explained the situation and my request. I was instructed I would have to make an appointment before they could tell me the pricing. Ridiculous. Obviously, I am concerned about the cost, so why would I want to make an appointment and pay just to get the prices. Makes no sense. Useless - I would never refer anyone to this dentist office.

I made an appt with whoever answered the phone for a teeth cleaning. I waited over 2 hours only to be told - no we aren't booking those for two months you were scheduled for the Dr!!!! So, two hour wait, no cleaning. What a waste of time. The people in the back were very nice - the check out people,, not so much! She argued with me the whole time when I said I scheduled a cleaning the answer was "oh well that was our answering service"!!! You may want to train your answering service team.
