Am not a fan of negative reviews, however I purchased an electric toothbrush and returned it the next day. I was not provided with a receipt which I did request, but I was told by the manager then Jackie that it would be refunded within 60 days, since the process was not fast. No problem This was in Feb 2025, I started following up since Late April 2025 still no refund nor toothbrush. I came in for a routine cleaning and was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism during my visit. While reviewing my medications, the lady who was doing my cleaning began laughing as if it were a joke. I’m not sure what was funny about something that should be treated with care and respect, and the moment was extremely uncomfortable. Recommended to Sage through my insurance, but I strongly advise avoiding this practice. From the start, they pushed aggressive upsells on cleanings, dental plans, and even products like toothpaste. They insisted I needed an expensive deep cleaning not covered by insurance, based only on x-rays—despite the fact that I get regular cleanings every 6-12 months and have never had a cavity.
