A nightmare! run from any Sage dental office. I tried Lake Mary they charged me over and above for cleaning my teeth. Look at the reviews. They are not interested in patient care but money, money, money. Said I needed "deep cleaning". I am entitled to 2 free cleanings a year. Refused to see me after driving one hour for cleaning apt. Told me I needed Perio Maintenance. Perio Maintenance is a covered item with my insurance company but the dental office must prove I need this done.
