This was truly one of the most pleasant dental experiences I’ve ever had. The team was exceptional—thorough, patient, and attentive, taking the time to explain every step of the process. As someone who usually feels anxious about dental visits, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and at ease I felt. I’m genuinely looking forward to returning for my next appointment!
I love this office and this specific location. From the front desk to the entire staff my experience was nothing short of pleasant. They listened, the cared, and was considerate of my comfortability. I’d like to give special recognition to Marcella.
This place is Freakin AMAZIING !!! OMG !~ it is a very fun, safe and professional environment. Everyone seems to love what they are doing . I love how “at ease” I felt my first time coming :-)) . They have a very calm, inclusive and nurturing type of vibe and I love that . Ty did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and whitening! She was friendly, thorough, and took extra care to make sure there was no pain. Jerry and the dentist helped get a small chip on my tooth fixed as well. 100% recommend Safe Dental Johns Creek!
My partner and I typically visit another Sage Dental location closer to us. But when he started experiencing excruciating pain at 3 PM on a Thursday, it was Marcella at the Johns Creek location who managed to find time to squeeze us in for an emergency visit. Everyone treated us with kindness, empathy, and urgency for the situation. I wish I had gotten everyone else's names, I'll certainly update this review once I have them, but after our initial experience with the Johns Creek office, we don't mind having to make the drive... read more
