Hygienist was great but she shows you a tablet with what the cost will be. One cost if I go with my Medicare advantage plan or lower cost if I use the Sage+ plan that I paid for through the dentist office. I said ok I’ll go with the lower price and signed it. Then at front desk they say I signed for the higher cost and the tablet cannot show two prices. I’m pretty sure this is an illegal move called bait and switch. I went there with a tooth ache...the result was an extraction and a new crown. Collette was very inexperienced...when she prepared me for the nitrous and novicaine she waited only 1 min. For it to take affect...I told her she was in too big a hurry...this was the most painful experience of my life!
