Where do I start? Since I started going to this dental practice, I've NEVER been over the moon about the staff, dentist, or services render, All were just OK. I showed up today (June 23, 2020) at 10:45AM for my 11AM appointment (this appointment was made 6 months ago). After giving my name I was greeted with your appointment was for 12:00PM. RecommendedAfter years of being self conscious about my smile I can finally smile with confidence! I’m so happy with my entire experience at Sage, even though I needed a root canal and three crowns. I’m very scared of dental work but they made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. Even the root canal was painless! Dr. Aoun, I can’t thank you and the whole staff enough.
I was at the sandlake road location and Erica was great. She was multitasking at the location but yet so attentive great service and time and attention to every tooth. I have had parodontal cleaning done many times but she is good got every inch of every tooth. The office manager and team where very nice best dental experience they really care. Thank you Erica. Not recommended at all!!! Just go there and see for yourself. Actions speak louder than words... Just keep an eye on the hidden “lab fees”. Soak the insurance companies and your pocket too... By the way, the lady that assisted during the crown process (as I told her I am bad remembering names), should be retrained and be closely supervised....
Great experience - look forward to going back in January to get my work completed
The staff is great and explain everything to me. For someone that doesn't like shots in their mouth, they were patient with me and they made it so that i didn't feel a thing. they made me t be comfortable with my smile. I'm very pleased with their service.
