HEATHER IS AMAZING TO DEAL WITH OVER THE PHONE. MY CROWN BROKE AND SHE HELPED ME SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND EVEN ASKED IF I WAS OKAY OR IN PAIN. I RUN A COMPANY AND KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPPOSE TO BE AND SHE IS DEFINITELY KILLING IT AT HER JOB. I THINK HER BOSS SHOULD BUY HER A BIG STEAK DINNER. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP
