I was so scared, spent the weekend before the procedure so stressed that I gave myself tension headaches and was not sleeping well. The whole idea of getting a screw drilled into your jaw was terrifying and seemed like it would be so painful. Dr. Branco was amazing! No pain and it didn't take long at all, it was way better than getting the tooth pulled or getting a crown. Dr. Branco's assistant was great too. I have extreme fear of the dentist. This fear stems from an unbelievably unpleasant experience as a child. Starting with the receptionist, Stuart the Dental Technician, and Dr. Kim, I felt reassured and safe. The dental examination is thorough and professional. I felt safe, had great care and the patient teaching was targeted at an adult and not a frightened adult child. As a Healthcare professional, professionalism, education and communicating findings by Dr, Kim, and Stuart was what every Healthcare professional strives.
Awesome customer service
I had a new girl and can't remember her name but she was very thorough and caring as to my personal needs being 89 needed her to stop a few times for me to catch my breath..... I was very pleased she explained what she was doing and attentive to my questions or my concerns.
Love this dental office. Everything modern and top quality. Everyone working there is knowledgeable, friendly and very comforting. Dr. Kim provides pain free care and is very good.
