Dr. Ortiz is good, but the front desk staff is not professional. There was an error in the treatment plan that the paid Benefits YTD was wrongly doubled, but in their system it was correct. This inconsistency should be an easy fixing error, however, the staff didn't think about fixing, but tried to use their poor math to persuade me that they were 100% correct. So disappointed.
