I had the best tour with the Property Manger Kristina! She was very helpful and kind in showing me the property. The unit(s) that I toured were very clean and updated. Its a plus that the property has a gate as well.
Perfect place if you like staying at a zoo. If you love cats you would love this place, the tenants they just sprinkle food everywhere, the leasing office doesn’t seem to mind. I was almost attacked by the mom trying to go up the steps to my apartment, she may have thought I was gonna harm her baby lol did I mention there are kittens as well. You would love this place it’s filled with stray dirty cats.
My stay at Sage creek was for the most part a good one. Moved there in 2019 just moved out in 23.. the staff there was awesome Kristina, Kristy and Josh were awesome and really good ppl who did everything they could to resolve issues whenever I had them and very professional. Overall the majority of my neighbors there were good people too I got along with almost every neighbor that ever lived in my building throughout my stay there. Lived here at 1315 Marks Church for quite some time from 2020-2021. The actual living space is nice, but it doesn’t matter if the walls are paper thin and you lose sleep over it. The cars are loud and obnoxious, people speed over the speed bumps in the actual community, smoking ash falls down from floors above, there is garbage and dog waste left around, and not to mention, theft.
