We lived at Sage Creek for a year and our AC went out MULTIPLE times. It was out for days before they sent their rudest maintenance man to "fix" it the last time in the summer. When we broke our lease, we waited for the letter in the mail, they waited over two weeks to check the apartment (did not walk it with us) and then sent us a bill. We then paid the bill within the week of receiving it and a month in a half later got a call from the debt collectors stating it was never paid!
