I have been here two months and I would rather be in actual hell. I pay $2625 for a less than 900 sq foot roach infested 3 bedroom apt. Only a bed and a night table fit in the bedrooms. The pools are filthy and I have photos of human feces that I smelled and saw in the shower area. The crappy gym has all broken equipment except for a treadmill and an elliptical. The staff are incompetent and apathetic to complaints. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK

This apartment complex is absolutely terrible. They just recently changed changed locks on the laundry facilities without sending notifications or giving anybody a new key and people often have to wait for somebody to open the door for them. Half the washers and dryers don't work snd they do nothing to resolve this issue. When our dish washer broke, they replaced it with an even older one from another apartment. There is dog poop and trash everywhere, there are unsupervised kids running around everywhere who steal and vandal... read more

i would say less than one star. The office is rude and do no address your issues just speak over you. I had an extreme mold issue over all my families clothes as my wife was pregnant in the house. The just tried to deny and said i had moisture in walls but in all actually everything was covered in mold and came out of my pocket. I have renters insurance yet every month they try to tack on an additional $20 because even after my renters insurance sent them the info they needed 5 times they just wont change it in there system ... read more

Noisy. Too many thugs. Everything very old, nothing upgraded, also very small. Very expensive for the little space. I don't recommend. I AM GIVING IT A NO STAR.

I don't think anyone should be paying the regular price for this apartment, which is over $1000 for the small two bedroom two bath. I have lived here since Sept 2010 and this is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I am 5'5 and weigh 103lbs and I am bigger than the kitchen. The living room is way too small and the way it is set up is a** backwards. For a month straight I had to have maintain come out to fix something because something was constantly breaking. The apartments are EXTREMELY TINY!! Only 1 person can fit in the kitchen, and if you're lucky you might be able to squeeze a queen size bed in the bedrooms. You might as well stick to bean bags for the furniture in the living room because a couch would take up all of the space! They brag about their "Gym", most of the equipment is blocked off by caution tape because it's missing parts (real safe!).
