We love going to Sage Bistro for all occasions and last night, we were celebrating our son's birthday. Chef Alan prepared for him the biggest and perfectly cooked rib eye steak! Wow!! Service is always nice, starting with owner/operator Wanda and such friendly staff.
My friend has been raving about the food here. She invited us to dinner, I ordered the braised rib, and yes its one rib. The dish came with a few veggies and mashed potatoes, everything that we ordered was delicious, a bit pricey but delicious.
Great food and great quality! The salmon salad was amazing, the short ribs are to die for and so are the pork chops. You're missing out if you haven't been there!

We had the ribs and salmon salad with mango salsa! It was delicious. Recommended by our son.
It was amazing! We got the spinach pasta and the duck leg confit. Both were really good, but I love the duck! So tender, flavorful, and made me want to keep eating!!!
