Mauricio came over to fix my toilette and blinds just few hours after I opened a service request. Everything is in great shape now, and it only took him 5 minutes. Great! Bernabe Contreras came as soon as i needed and quickly and effectively fixed my smoke detector and my blinds. He’s been awesome.
The maintenance technician Bernabe Contreras Valenzuela did an excellent job fixing my dishwasher. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and repaired it efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the visit. He also explained what caused the issue and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I'm very happy with the service.
Decent apartment complex with sufficient parking, amenities, and services. In particular, Bernabe Contreras Valenzuela was an amazing maintenance supervisor and promptly helped me with more than one issue again and again without fail. Can't say enough good things about the maintenace team and their committment towards excellence.
The maintenance person is very kind and replaced the bathroom faucet immediately after raising the request. They fixed it in a professional way and really appreciate it.
Our apartment dishwasher stopped working, and Javier came to help us on Sunday. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the issue and was very motivated to resolve it as soon as possible. He replaced the correct parts, and fixed the dishwasher completely. He was patient, professional, and persistent throughout the process. I really appreciate his effort and commitment to making sure the issue was fully resolved. I highly recommend his service!
