The customer service is the worst...WE have been waiting for a refund since 06.01.2025 and still have not seen it. Numerous emails and always the same responses..it will happen be patient. AMAZING, you would think any company requesting their refunds would loose patience after 6 months!

I purchased Sage 50 Pro online. Unfortunately, the data from my prior version was not compatible with the new version of Sage 50. I called Sage customer service, and they said they would credit my card for the cost ($625). That was two months ago, but I never received the credit. Buyers beware.
