Laura was an amazing landlady while she owned the building. The building has been through a lot since then and the new building/property management is atrocious! There are some things they do very well- such as responding promptly to maintenance requests. However, they are terrible at proactive maintenance, listening to tenants, and providing written notice when work is going to be done around the building or living spaces.
