I had my right side tongue numbed out due to faulty anaesthetic administration (that too for cleaning on right side) . It has taken 2 months with very little progress. My tongue still has issues, gets ulcers on the right side and irritates me every second. I have so far never heard of a sorry from her or her team. They talked as if it is not their problem at all. Honest & Professional – I took my 18 year old son to a Dentist in Bellevue and was told he has 15 cavities. Regretfully I allowed them to fill the right side teeth on the upper jaw. Since then two of the fillings fell out. I happened to run into a friend who recommended Dr. Eftehari's office. To my surpise we left Dr. Eftehari's office with only 3 cavities to fill, which 2 of the 3 were re-do's that were done by our previous dentist. Best Dentist I Have Ever Had! – I was referred to Dr. Eftehari by my co-worker, I had not been to the dentist in some time. I was extremely nervous about scheduling since it had been 5+ years since I had seen a Dentist. From the moment I walked through their door I felt very good about coming to her office, the music to the atmosphere, it reminded me of a Starbucks! Rip off and poor care – I went to have a crown put on my tooth and paid the $450 or so out of pocket cost (my insurance covered the other $450). A couple months later, the crown came off and when I went in to have it replaced, they blamed the fact that it came out on me, when I wasn't eating anything out of the ordinary (a sandwich). Then they told me that my insurance wouldn't cover the same tooth to be replaced twice.
