Sagacent has been so great at taking IT issues off my shoulders - things that otherwise I would be dangerous to handle! Lol. Quick response, and they have tried their best to understand our business model and work with the different team members on what is needed. Today, I was in a meeting from which I could not be absent, and during this meeting, the entire issue magically got resolved.
