Coach Angel is really knowledgeable and helps you work on your fitness and health goals, in a safe and measured manor. There is a friendly atmosphere amongst the members that is more like a family. I especially enjoy that Angel coordinates group hikes periodically.

CrossFit SAGA is a fantastic gym! Their programming is a good balance of cardio and strength training. I been at this gym for one year and I have constantly been hitting new PRs and have managed to stay motivated. There is a DIVERSE community who inspires and pushes you to new limits. Definitely recommend.
