Stop in with my mother and bought some Apple turn overs, but the turn overs where nothing but air with little to no apples. For 8 dollars for 3 of them is a bit much, but when 98 % of it is air that's not much of a value.
I Love Safron Bakery & Cafe. The French Pastries are exquisite! And I absolutely Love the Spinach Feta Quiche w/ Soup or Salad Lunch Special. Délicieux! If you have your heart set on the Quiche, better get there early in the week when he bakes those. 'Cause they're So Good! -- usually Gone by Friday! The owner makes Beautiful Wedding Cakes too.
We had Safron Bakery do our wedding cake and it was amazing!!! Not only did they bring our vision to life the cake itself was delicious! Highly recommend them and will be using them in the future!
Friendly staff, good food. I had the California salad with vinaigrette dressing (delicious!) and my husband had the chicken pesto panini, the portion sizes were good and we both enjoyed our lunch. We will be returning again!
Delicious food for breakfast, lunch, or dessert! Love the breakfast croissant sandwiches and the vanilla cake with strawberry mousse! Yummy!
I want to thank the Safron Bakery & Café. They made a mistake on my take-out order. I didn't realize it until I was already back at my office in downtown Hagerstown. They were absolutely kind to bring me not only the missing sandwich, but extra goodies as well. This is a class act in my opinion. Thank you very much!! Lisa Poole
The beautiful vanilla cake with strawberry fillings buttercream frosting was out of this world. It was ordered ahead of time and was moist, fresh and not overly sweet. I would definitely order cakes from Saffron again.
