RecommendedAl catered and delivered a fabulous meal and beautiful yummy dessert trays to a family gathering on Saturday. Everything looked wonderful and tasted delicious! Everyone raved about the food. my sister-in-law said Al was wonderful to work with/ great communucation!
I am not a fan of buttercream cakes or any cakes for that matter since it is too sweet for me after my husband bought a cake for my birthday from the Martins. A year ago, he ordered a cream cake with fresh fruit fillings as a surprise for my birthday & I am surprised all right. I hesitated to try but becos he has gone out of his way to order it, I tried it. I ate it & I can't stop at 1 slice. Ordered a strawberry cream yellow cake with buttercream icing for my grandson’s graduation celebration. It was not only pretty but was absolutely delicious! Thank you Safron bakery.. great service., reasonable prices.the owner was very helpful. This is his photo with the cake.
Great! I've been going there for years and have never been disappointed. Best bakery in Hagerstown.
Sandwiches were over priced but I would recommend the chicken salad croissant since is was decent. NOT a kid friendly menu so if you need to feed children go elsewhere. Tried the chocolate croissant, chocolate muffin and elephant ear. They do not keep these in a case so they are all HORRIBLY DRY. If there are flies in there they are free to roam the bed goods when employees are busy since there is no case. Maybe early morning they taste good but for $2 -3 each they are not at all worth it. Was at a friends birthday party for their son and they got a cake from there it was good Right up until I found a hair in the cake and it wasn't just laid on top the cake like it fell out if somebody's head when they were cutting it. it was imbedded in the icing I will not be ordering anything from there. The hair was about 12 inches long. that was just gross sorry
After 5 years of buying all cakes fro Safron, Al outdid himself with a spectacular birthday cake for my husband. There is a reason why we buy all our baked goods from Al, and this cake was the best yet!
Excellent food and Love his Mousse Cakes, they are amazing!
