every single person I dealt was fantastic. I picked my vehicle out, got my price and was on my way.
Had my Ram serviced yesterday, excellent and friendly service started the moment I pulled in. Joe, my service advisor, was very helpful in describing the issue I was having, how it occurs and how they resolved it. Completed the service faster than I expected and Joe even pulled it around front for me when it was completed.
Gil was my service advisor. That man was outstanding. He went above and beyond what I expected. I really felt like he was looking out for me

The drive in drop off area is great. I was greeted promptly. The waiting area was comfortable. They kept me informed and work was completed in a timely manner and rates were pretty low, definitely comparable to other non dealership shops that I had received quotes from.
I bring my 2018 Grand Cherokee here for all maintenance. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the service department. Martha is awesome and the whole team makes me feel like a priority!
