I had a 10 oclock oil change tire rotation appointment I asked them to look at my backup camera because it was having problems I've had the jeep since February at one I called to see what was taking so long they said it would be another two hours we showed up they went and checked on it . they apologized took about another 45 minutes no communication did not respond to my text not happy at all would not recommend Safford repair serbice at all
RecommendedThey were very helpful in getting me in & out in a short time. I needed a small part that had broken and needed to be exchanged near my driver’s rear view mirror. When I called on Monday Pete in the parts dept. ordered the part and it was waiting for the installation. I also appreciated how I was allowed to charge my electric Fiat 500e.
