I had one of the worst service experiences at Safford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram & Fiat of Winchester. Went in for a simple oil change, and soon after, my check engine light came on due to overfilled oil. They claimed my timing cover was cracked and tried to charge me $4,000, another mechanic fixed the real issue for $1,350. The dealership caused the problem and then tried to profit from it. I went in for a simple oil change about two months ago, and about a month later, my check engine light started turning on and off. When I called, they told me to come in after two weeks, but the light went off in the meantime. Recently, the check engine light came back on, and when I checked, the oil level was very low. I would like to express my extreme satisfaction with the level of service I received at Safford of Winchester. I have purchased many vehicles from several different dealerships in the past but Safford by far was the best purchasing experience I've had. From start to finish the entire process took less than 2 hours. The professionalism of my sales person Irving along with the sales manager Will and Rebecca in financing exceeded my expectations.
