We were having transmission issues . When we arrived, there were no appointments available, however they would try to get it in in a couple of hours. We were towing our camper as well and they let us park in one of there lots so we could run our generators for ac( It was 95 degrees!) They got it in and found our transmission needed a valve body. Had to limp my truck in for service and was coming from about 60 miles away unexpectedly and they got me right in! Id like to especially thank the Diesel Tech (not sure of his name), and the 2 service advisors Mary C & Britnie G. , I was also helped on a new truck deal by Samantha.
