This review is for the service department. I have brought my Giulia in due to multiple issues, a faulty battery that had to be replaced, creaking noise with the sunroof, AC noise, and a recall. They have been able to fix all of these, thankfully under warranty and I have not had additional issues after these were fixed. I was offered a rental car and have had no issues regarding the repairs and rental car process.
