The most unprofessional Alfa Romeo location I’ve ever dealt with. I called simply to ask for a part price, and the experience was extremely disappointing. First, I was put on hold for 10 minutes. When the representative finally came back, he asked me for the VIN, which I provided. Then, instead of giving me the information, he placed me on hold again—this time indefinitely. I am extremely frustrated with the way my car is being handled during the painting process. The entire experience has been tainted by dishonesty, misinformation, and a distinct lack of respect. I am impressed by the efforts made by this location's service department. Scheduling over the phone was a breeze, the location was well staffed and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working there, both the mechanics and the reception staff. With an appointment, my car was in the bay almost immediately, and the completion of my service was completed well under estimate -- simply exceptional.
