The professionalism of that particular pharmacy staff that I encountered over the phone around 4pm on 12/15/2025 was inexcusable and unacceptable. I did NOT appreciate being spoken to like a child when trying to help someone else because a fluke happened and had to call again, and to be rude for the sake of being rude makes me wonder how they treat others in general, not just who they are supposed to help for a check. After getting fired by DOGE, I lost my primary insurance. Luckily, my husband has Tricare insurance through his active duty military status. When I told the Safeway pharmacist that I needed to use my husband's insurance they refused. They said they couldn't order my anxiety medications, which are needed given the employment situation. I think they hate military families and purposely refuse them! Uggghhh... Moving forward.
The pharmacist, Dr. Jacqueline, is wonderful and very kind! She is knowledgeable, takes care of customers very well, and has a good sense of humor.
